And what a lot of features there are. Nearly anything you would do to a piece of paper can be done to a PDF using PDF Annotator. Highlight, underline, circle, and handwrite or type comments. If you can't draw a straight line with a mouse (and who can?), the program's autosmooth feature will straighten lines for you, keeping your document tidy. The program even has a stamp feature with arrows and other useful symbols, and users can create their own stamps from images on their computers. Users can keep their annotations editable or save them permanently to the document. The program's interface is so basic we found a few seconds of experimentation to be faster than reading the instructional Help file. With only a few command buttons, even those who've never converted a file before could master this program. We were able to choose a single file, multiple files, or an entire folder to convert. The files were listed on a large screen that showcased the new file type and location once the conversion was complete. We appreciated that the program didn't offer any choices for conversion. PPT files were converted to PPTX and vice versa, with no options to alter those choices. The files went to their assigned destination and the data on each PowerPoint was intact. However, we were disappointed the conversion took over a minute, as we expected it to happen instantly. The program's best special feature, a search engine, helped us track down files we didn't know the locations of. While the conversion was slow, it was not enough to prevent this simple and effective tool from winning us over. The program's interface is simple, with a map of the world that shows daylight and darkness. The time in various locations is shown above the map, and users can put them in whatever order they prefer. A red pointer moves across the clocks, pointing to the appropriate location on the map for each one. We found it especially helpful to be able to tell at a glance whether it was day or night in a given location. All of the program's options were simple to use. It's easy to add clocks representing different cities; users simply go to the Edit menu and search by country. Users can customize the way the date and time are displayed, as well as all of the program's colors. Alarms can be set, and users can set custom actions for left-clicking, right-clicking, and double-clicking on each city. Programs that are this basic often have pretty skimpy Help files, but EarthTime's Help file is quite well-written and thorough. Overall, the program is very intuitive and easy to use, offering just the right amount of customization. The program's interface is plain, displaying a list of the people the user has entered in a grid. It is easy to add new people, and users can also include contact information and notes, making this program a very basic contact manager as well as a birthday reminder. The program's features are limited but functional. Users can determine how many days in advance they would like to be reminded of birthdays, and the program displays a pop-up window each day when there's an upcoming birthday. On days when there are no birthdays in the near future, the program will tell users when the next upcoming birthday is. Users can also create reports listing all the birthdays in the current month, which could be especially useful for employers planning to recognize employee birthdays (or other users who like to do their card shopping all at once). The program's online Help file gives a summary of the program's functions but doesn't go into much detail; fortunately, the program is simple enough that this is not a major drawback. To install AutoCopy, we merely had to open it in Chrome. We re-opened Chrome, clicked Tools/Extensions, and clicked AutoCopy's options, which offered a few choices for how it copies text, such as Enable copy on select and Copy when selecting inside text boxes (Copy as simple text is already selected because of a bug in Asus Usb3.0_hz-1 Docking-station Driver 6). We clicked the link to AutoCopy's Web page, which described how it works and listed the version history. We cl
